Commitment & Agreement

DEOS is committed to serve its clients in professional, timely and transparent manner.

By engaging DEOS, the clients would be accepting the following terms and conditions, being an app generated invoice, the terms & conditions is taken as read.

Rules & Regulations

    DEOS will not be responsible for the nature of content provided by the client and its ill effect if any, after marketing the same in the public domain.

    DEOS would ensure secrecy for any confidential data like id, password etc. provided by the client.

    While DEOS is very particular about stipulated timing for delivery of services, at times the schedule may be delayed due to valid reasons which would be communicated to the client.
  • 4
    DEOS will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delay in service delivered due to natural calamity or ungovernable causes.

Payments & GST Information

    100% payment in advance would have to be paid. Part payment, waiver, discount etc would be at the sole discretion of DEOS.

    DEOS shall not be responsible for any type of loss, after client taken full access or given to other agency of the stipulated service during or after make any changes without consulting DEOS or given to other agency.
  • 7
    DEOS, being a composite GST member, shall not charge GST from clients.

Payment Policy Updates

  • DEOS always send invoices over the registered / personal Email of Clients.
  • DEOS never take cash (without approval of Management) from clients, advised to pay directly to company account or by account payee cheque.
  • Our invoices are strictly software generated, no need to be signed.

Cancellations & Refunds

    Order once placed and confirmed can not be cancelled or deferred. Under unavoidable circumstances refund would be given only after deducting the consultancy charges (25% of the contract value) and subscription amount, if any.
  • For a refund, the client would have to inform or email us within 3 working days.

    While DEOS is entrusted with a service, the client shall not give the responsibility of same service to another vendor without prior notice to DEOS. DEOS shall not be responsible for any problem arising out of such duplication.

Disputes & Litigation

    Beyond amicable settlement, all disputes shall be referred to Sealdah Court, Kolkata.

Additional Terms & Market Advisory

    Contract for websites (Domain + Hosting) will be considered for one year by default. After one year of contract signing date, clients will be responsible for paying the renewal amount to the company (only applicable for website), if clients wants the access.

Market Advisory & Security Warning

There are so many fake agencies in the market who used to say clients that they are our Sister concern, this is completely fake.

Please verify directly with DEOS management for any such claims.
